This one is one of my grandma's recipe,

Honey Cake

1 egg

1cup honey

1cup sugar 

1cup milk 

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 1/2 cups flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes

That is the written recipe with no written instruction, how we usually do this is;

Mix egg, honey, and milk in a large bowl. In a second bowl, sift together sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and flour (For this I just use a wire whisk for a couple of minutes). Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, Mix thoroughly. We bake this in a greasesd bread loaf pan.  Dark pans with take longer to bake. For easier removal of honey from measuring cup spray with oil.
