Big Chicken

1 head lettuce

1 lb. ground meat-drain all fat

1 can kidney beans – rinsed and drained

2 cups cheddar cheese

2 tomatoes – chopped

1 bag Fritos – broken up somewhat

Cook ground meat and mix with other ingredients.

SAUCE

1 cup mild taco sauce or salsa

1/2 to 3/4 cup cooking oil

1/2 c. ketchup

1/4 c. vinegar

3/4 c. sugar

Mix the sauce until well blended.

If making to take to a party, WAIT until you get to the party to put the dressing

and Fritos on, so they do not get soggy.
