Now I warn you this can be addictive; If you put on a little weight,do not blame me. Just think kind thoughts whilst eating this pie and forget you ever heard of me after.HugWinkKissKiss

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 box of Trader Joe’s - Joe Joe Cookies or Oreos – Either crushed or put in food processor

4 oz melted butter

** Combine the 2 and put into a spring form pan and bake in the oven at 350 for about 10 – 15 minutes.  Let cool completely.

*** While crust is cooling make the filling ***

Filling:

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
16 oz. Cool Whip

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and cool whip until well blended.

Once crust is cool add a layer of each of the  following ingredients.

Hot fudge – I put a jar in the microwave to get it soft and easy to pour into crust

Sliced Bananas  – layer or to taste

Salted peanuts – layer or to taste

Pie filling

Top with extra peanuts and chocolate sauce.

Put in fridge for a few hours before serving.

This sounds like a banana split cake my mom used to make!  Can't remember what the bottom was made of, tho, I don't think it was crumbed anything………

This sounds like something that would take those dreary day feelings away with just a forkful of heaven….Fork
