Warm and humid, Rain and storms all around us, I thought we were in for the same, about 30 mins of rain and all be are having now is thunder, We despartley need rain for the crops, gardens and the animals.

Very hot and dry with a new wildfire burning in the mountains approximately 20 miles northwest of us. Evacuations of all the small mountain towns. A very scary situation.

It's supposed to be in the upper 90's all week. Some sources are saying lower 90's…makes no difference, when it's past 80 it's too warm for me.

Mamajoseph, about sixty miles NW of you it has been 100 degrees since 11AM. Way to hot to do anything outside. Did the chores this AM at 7:00 AM, will have to start at 5:30 or six from today on. However this year we have had more rain than last year.

Western WA, cool and drizzley. My tomato plants are not very happy. They are wondering why it's summer and only 60' outside. We had two days of reaching 80 last week and back to this coolness. At this rate, I won't have any veggies to can. Even the squash looks downhearted!

My squash looks downright exhausted! We are in the upper 90's some thermometers said 100 yesterday.
I haven't been out since noon…it may have reached that mark today too.

We had our 2nd day of 100 degrees with humidity in the 50's. Supposed to be that way for the rest of the week. Lows have been in the 70's.

Crystal clear blue skies, very pleasant temperatures and very soft breezes. Imust enjoy it while it lasts tomorrow the heat gets turned back on.
